Allow me to introduce you to Tiny Tina, the tortoise that now resides at our house. My landlord, Wes, went to the pet store to get some fish food. The lady ringing up the food used her default question, "Is there anything else I can get you?" She was a little surprised when Wes said, "Uh, sure, I guess I'll take a tortoise."
Apparently he saw them on his way in and thought they were cool. Then he just decided randomly to get it. Random!
Just a few tortoise facts. Adults are usually 18 inches long in shell length and weigh 70-100 lbs. They can get up to 3 feet long, however and weigh as much as 150 lbs! They are also known to live as much as 80 yrs long, so Wes may have found himself a lifelong friend. Wes's nieces and nephews named it Tiny Tim, but upon discovering it was a girl, changed and called it Tiny Tina.

You are pretty much the coolest person I know. I mean, who has a turtle named Tiny Tina?
